Changed your mind? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Here's what you need to know:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, Kakao Pay, Toss).

How to Return (Step-by-Step)

  • Step 1: Click "Start a return" or email us at returns@easenwear.com with your order number.

  • Step 2: We confirm your return within 1–2 business days and send return instructions.

  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we notify you by email. Refunds processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the same steps as a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement.
