Shipping policy

1. Overview

 

EASEN ships within South Korea only at launch. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM KST are processed the same day where possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, and peak seasons (Chuseok, Lunar New Year, 11.11 sale, etc.).

Developer: insert the free shipping threshold. Industry standard for Korean premium fashion is typically KRW 50,000–70,000. Confirm with Gabriela before launch.

 

5. Order Processing

 

     Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

     Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

     You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.

     Processing time is 1–2 business days in addition to delivery time.

 

6. Failed Deliveries

 

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a delivery notice. You can then arrange redelivery or collect from the courier depot. If the package is returned to EASEN due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Redelivery charges may apply.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at support@easenwear.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

In the rare event of a lost parcel, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 business days.

 

8. Public Holidays

Korean public holidays may affect processing and delivery times. We will post advance notices on the site during major holiday periods (Chuseok 추석, Lunar New Year 설날).
