These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of easenwear.com (the 'Site') and the purchase of products from EASEN (이센 유한회사). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

•     All prices are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) and include VAT where applicable.

•     Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

•     EASEN reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

•     EASEN reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

 

 

•     Orders are confirmed upon receipt of our order confirmation email.

•     We accept: credit and debit cards, Kakao Pay, Toss, and Naver Pay via PortOne payment gateway.

•     Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

•     EASEN reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

•     You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting support@easenwear.com. Once dispatched, the Returns Policy applies.

•     We ship within Korea only at launch

•     Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch

•     Free shipping on orders over KRW [INSERT THRESHOLD]

•     Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

•     Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

•     Exchanges accepted for size or colour within 7 days

•     Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility (except for defective items)

•     Korean statutory right to return within 7 days under the Electronic Commerce Act is preserved

 

 

All content on easenwear.com — including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions — is the property of EASEN or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, EASEN's liability for any claim arising from use of the Site or purchase of products shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product. EASEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Korean law.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Korean courts, specifically the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by Korean consumer protection law.

 

EASEN may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Site and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
